Chapter 9: A Flirty Game of Chess

Hello again, everyone! Welcome back and thanks for your patience during the last few weeks as work has slowly, but surely, consumed my entire life. So, where were we?

Joanna: ...and she just STOOD THERE! I'm sitting there trying to put the moves on this guy, and his wife is just standing there, smiling away as if nothing's out of the ordinary. I mean, could you get anymore awkward?!

Holly: Gaaah! Mom! TMI!

Oooohhh...right....we were just coming off Joanna's super awkward encounter with Sabre and his whole family.

Holly decided to take that as a prime opportunity to break away from her mom's tales of her baby making escapades and went upstairs to tend to some of Lucy's needs.

Stephanie was also very helpful with Lucy, which allowed Joanna some time to catch up on her garden. Spoiler alert: It didn't help too much, I kind of forgot about/neglected the garden and all of her plants died soon after :P

The pregnancy flew by pretty quickly, and Joanna made sure to enjoy her last day with baby Lucy as much as she could. She'd be growing up in no time!

I know I say this every time, but I can never get over just how huge her bumps are. They're probably not any bigger than anyone else's in reality but my goodness.

As promised, the time came for Lucy to fly out of  the bassinet and join childhood. Daddy Chester's genes are runnin strong on this one!

So this happens when you let the trash build up. Gross.

As soon as the teens got home from school, Stephanie and Lucy shared a hug. They grew pretty close from the time Stephanie helped tend to her needs as a baby. Sooo cute <3

Daddy Chester stopped by that evening and I let him in so he could spend some time with his daughter. And the adorables were almost too much <3

They goofed around for a bit and Lucy pulled this face. I lol'd. A LOT.

Then mama got in some snuggles on the couch, and almost choked Lucy with her ginormous boob of death.

Later that night it was time for the teens to make their transitions into Young Adulthood. First up were twins Stephanie and Breckin.

Next up it was Embry's turn.

Holly was the last one up to the cake that night. Yeah...nothing wrong with this picture. Nope. Nothing at all.

All that partying was just what Joanna needed to kick start her labor. She bustled up to the nursery to deliver the outcome of the most awkward encounter in 100 baby mama history.

Out popped a bouncing baby girl! Yes. ANOTHER girl. Everyone, meet baby Sheena!

The next morning it was time to bid farewell to Stephanie, Breckin, Embry and Holly. A hug from mom and they were all off to the magical land called The Gallery.

Joanna headed back upstairs to tend to Sheena's needs and make sure she was happy.

Meanwhile, downstairs, Lucy practiced her skills on the newly purchased piano.

Once everything was settled at home, I sent Joanna out to meet our next baby daddy. Who could she be waving at now, you ask?

Why it's none other than Kayfrog's Jasper Sims! He is quite willing to receive Joanna's flirtatious greeting, as you can see!

Joanna was feeling pretty confident during their initial meeting, so she decided to just go for it and throw her cheesiest pick up line his way.

Joanna: If you were a vegetable, you'd be a cute-cumber!

Jasper: .............is she being serious right now?

The cheesiness must not have turned him off too much, because the two retreated to the backyard for a game of chess.

She wasted no time throwing some more cheese his way.

Joanna: Are you an orphanage? Cause I wanna give you kids.

Jasper: Oh my plumbobs, I'm so embarrassed for you right now...

Next up, Joanna blew Jasper a kiss which he happily accepted.

By this time, Joanna was tired of waiting and decided she wanted to kiss him for real. A successful first kiss went off without a hitch!

Eventually, the desire to try for a baby came around and both Sims were all about that shiz.

They retreated to the bedroom and got down to business.

Jasper had to leave as soon as they finished (if this weren't a 100 baby challenge, I'd call you out on your super rudeness, dude!) so Joanna took the obligatory pregnancy test. The result is...

...SUCCESS! Though it appears that poor Joanna would probably beg to differ right now...

And that's where I leave you folks tonight! Tune in next time to meet the newest member of the Tredway family and find out if the awkward circumstances that brought little Sheena into the world play any part in her future development. Until then, happy simming!

Chapter 8: The Most Awkward Encounter in 100 Baby Challenge History

Hello, friends! Let's start today's update with a little catch up to what's going on at the Tredway house. Stephanie and Holly are getting in a little sisterly bonding time.

Breckin is practicing the guitar. Gotta woo those teenage ladies, ya know ;) However, he's just started so he's awful at this point.

Unfortunately, his awful strumming is making brother Embry super tense, which is apparently making his workout difficult.

And Joanna? Well, I think this picture speaks for itself. This poor girl and her preggo sickness :(

Oh well, the kids needed to be fed. Joanna started breakfast, and while she was cooking, she sneezed into the food >.<

Joanna: Crap! Do you think the kids saw that?!

Well, no...but myself and all our readers did, so....

Joanna: ...it's ok.

Ew.

Joanna: AAAAHHHHH CRAPCRAPCRAPCRAPCRAP!

Yeah, well, that's what you get for feeding your kids sneeze eggs.

Stephanie's fun mood was low, so she was a little tense during breakfast.

Stephanie: This food tastes like snot.

If you only knew, dear...

She was then sent upstairs to work off some of that frustration in a game of Blicblock.

Meanwhile, Joanna's Gieke-y baby bump is coming right along :)

As is the housework. She spends a ridiculous amount of time fixing and cleaning various appliances in her house.

Chester stops by quite often. Sorry buddy, but your time in this challenge is over. You've got your own family and challenge to star in ;) I still love you, though <3

The boys took a cue from their sisters and spent some time socializing that evening.

Joanna worked on her gourmet cooking skill for dinner that night. And got her knife stuck in the cutting board. That looks safe.

Once again, the living room proved to be the perfect place for dinner that night. Oh well, I love that they're all together :)

After dinner, Joanna checked for any pen pal replies. She ended up with a pen pal from Champs Les Sims! Neat!

Eventually she requested a postcard, and received this in the mail. Cuuuute!

Finally trimester 3 made its way around, and brought with it Joanna's ginormous belly!

After a quick nap that afternoon, baby Gieke decided to make her entrance into the world!

Yes, dear readers, we have ourselves another baby girl to add to the Tredway family, and her name is Lucy!

Wasting no time, Joanna headed over to the home of her next baby daddy! She was greeted by a sweet couple, Sabre Wolf and Kit McDonald. Their family was made by the wonderful KitOnlyHuman :) Joanna was a little confused and came to the conclusion that she was in the wrong place.

Joanna: Well, I'm afraid I must have looked at the address wrong. I was told to come here in search of the next father for my 100 baby challenge, but clearly they were mistaken!

Kit: No, don't be silly, you're in the right place!

Joanna: Oh? I'm sorry, I'm afraid I'm a little confused...

Sabre: Just come into the bedroom with us, we'll explain everything!

When they got into the bedroom, Joanna took a seat on the bed. Meanwhile, Kit and Sabre did a little cheek kissing and making out. At that point, Joanna began to question everything about this situation.

Eventually, Sabre took a seat next to her on the bed.

Sabre: So, you said you needed a father for your challenge? Well, you're looking at him!

Joanna: ...wut?

Kit: You heard the man! You need a father, and he's a great one. We couldn't turn down the opportunity when we heard you were looking! We figured you weren't too picky so this wouldn't be weird or anything.

Joanna: *Nervous laugh* Yeeeahh...right...totally not...

For unknown reasons, the three moved to a different bedroom downstairs where, for several super awkward minutes, Kit just stood there while Joanna put the moves on her man.

Joanna: This is so awkward and uncomfortable for me....isn't it for you?!

Sabre: Nah.

Joanna: Oh....right...silly me... O.o

Finally, Kit decided to give the pair some space. Joanna attempted to make a move, and Sabre slapped her hand away.

Joanna: Oh you did NOT just go there. After the awkwardness you two have put me through? Oh no you di-n't.

Eventually the two got past his weird random "nah, I'm not interested" moment and got a little cozy.

Sabre randomly got up and walked into the hallway, where Joanna followed him and the two sealed their first kiss.

Sabre: Oh no! I hope Kit doesn't see this!

Joanna: She knows about this, you idiot...

Jaiden: Ooohh...daddy's gonna be in troooouuuble!

Joanna: What? I don't...I can't even...*sigh* I give up.

After the kiss, Sabre and Kit went into one of the upstairs bedrooms and shared a hug. This so freaking weird.

By this point, Joanna was about done with this scenario, so she followed them into the bedroom and decided to just get things done.

Joanna: Ok, so this is just so wrong on so many levels, and your kids keep judging me with their eyes. Can we just get this done, please?

Sabre: Sure!

Kit: You can use the downstairs bedroom!

Joanna: ...I'm gonna need extensive therapy after this one, aren't I?

The two headed back downstairs and got down to business.

Joanna went straight for the pregnancy test afterward, hoping harder than ever that everything worked on the first try so she could get the heck out of dodge.

Success! Toilet confetti and all :)

Despite the awkwardness, Joanna felt it was best to share the big news with Sabre. He was actually very happy!

Kit then joined the party, and Sabre relayed the news to her.

Sabre: Did you hear, sweetheart? It worked, Joanna's pregnant!

Kit: *Silently feeling randomly jealous and killing Joanna in her mind* Oohh...well...that's nice...

Joanna: I think...I'm gonna go...

And she did...fast. Tune in next time, folks, to see the most awkwardly created baby ever come into the world and see how our little Gieke grows up! Until then, happy simming!
